Meet Kim & Kristine Halverson

Award winning realtors, real estate is in our blood. Literally. Our Father and Mother are both Realtors in Phoenix and soon will be retiring from a fulfilling career. Our Great Grandfather was a broker in Manhattan.

With over 20 years of real estate experience in the high-profile markets of LA and Scottsdale, AZ, Kim, and Kristine chose to plant their roots in beautiful Bend, Oregon. They are known for their white glove customer service representing sellers and marketing properties to achieve the highest price in the shortest amount of time.

Kristine has a degree in psychology from Pitzer, and used her social work experience as a platform for real estate. She began consulting with Realtors on how to manage difficult personalities. Her philosophy is, “Buying or selling a home can be a major transition in one’s life. I’m here to guide our clients through the obstacles of the process. The end result is always worth it.”

Kim has a degree in business & art history from Arizona State University, brings an eye for detail and business savvy to clients. Her philosophy is, “It’s more than buying or selling a home. It’s creating a lifestyle. I’m here to incorporate our client’s real estate needs into the vision of their lifestyle.” Kim enjoys working with Veterans, prepping homes to sell for maximum value, as well as architectural & historical homes.
